Between walking to the station this morning, going from the office to the bowling alley then over to Barangaroo for lunch, then back to the office, and an hour on the elliptical watching the new Wheel of Time episode... CHRIST. It'd have been even more except Kristina picked me up from the station because it was raining. First time I've hit gotten the 400% move goal award on my Apple Watch!
