A REALLY simplistic painting of a ravine in a desert winding off into the distance, flanked by two large stone plateaus on eitherside.

A nighttime scene, a large purple Jupiter-like planet is looming over the mountains at the top-right, a lake of glowing blue liquid sits at the right, and a tall dark purple tower with yellow lights on stands at the left.

A perspective painting of a church from the the front and slightly to the side. The moon sits in the sky to the right and the church is casting a harsh shadow off to the left.

I've been getting back into doing some art things, and inspired by @silvia_ritter have been trying to almost speed-paint. My stuff is certainly not a patch on hers, but mostly just to try to not spend five hours getting every detail right! First up are these three simple crap ones from the past month or so.

A very clean geometric painting of grey and blue city buildings. The sky is purple and the light is coming from the very right, the buildings casting shadows to the left.

Then I decided to go back to the perspective guides in Procreate and did this! Okay yes this was slightly over two hours, but I'm quite pleased with it. My biggest issue is working out how to put fine details in (there aren't any in this because I couldn't manage to make it look good).

A painting of a volcano erupting atop a hill, the hill is surrounded by taller mountains all around, and the sky above is filled with striated dark orange clouds.

And then lastly, a volcano! This was properly quick, Procreate said it was only 45 minutes all up, but I think it's one of my better pieces. :D
