I finally finished Dragon Age: Inquisition (playing as a Qunari mage) and all its DLC a couple of months ago, and decided to go back and play Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II since I hadn't before. Bioware added this really cool thing called Dragon Age Keep, it's a website where you enter in the major plot point choices you made in the first two Dragon Age games and you can start a new character in Inquisition and there'll be callbacks and history based on those choices.
My new character is a dwarf rogue, and she looks fucking AWESOME. Kristina describes her a cyberpunk Viking and I'd totally agree with that. The background in DA:I for dwarven characters is that you're a member of the Carta, essentially a dwarven mercenary/criminal organisation, and the dwarves in general don't believe in the main human religion, so I'm leaning heavily into both of those things, and it's great fun.
