When I was living with my roommate prior to @yayKM moving over to Australia, he introduced me to Bialetti's Moka Pot for making coffee. I bought one and loved it, but unfortunately it was one of the very few casualties of our move to an induction cooktop when we had our kitchen redone in 2017.
We were in Victoria's Basement today and it turns out they make an induction-specific model now! 🎉
