Another uneventful day, though we got a piece of delicious cheesecake for our usual Friday afternoon sweet treat and it was pretty tops.
I also think I've realised why my sense of time post-COVID has been so wonky: it's because I'm primarily working from home now and not commuting in. This week has gone by so slowly, and it's felt so long (not in an "oh god kill me now" kind of way mind you), and yet when I'm WFH it absolutely whips by and suddenly it's the weekend, but I'm still mentally operating on the slower commuting-in-every-day state. I suspect if I had only ever primarily worked from home, this would be less of a thing.
