Well, that's annoying. I decided to make another batch of rosemary chocolate chunk cookies but didn't have enough left of the block of chocolate I use (Darrell Lee's dark chocolate) so bought another at the shops the other day. Apparently they've changed their formulation because the chocolate from the new block COMPLETELY melted, versus the older block that stayed pretty much intact in chunks. I guess it won't really change the flavour, but it's going to be significantly messier to eat!
