I made bobotie tonight and it was delicious! It's a South African dish with beef mince, a whole BUNCH of different spices, and a grated apple, topped with egg.

Lily and I made bobotie for dinner tonight! It's a South African dish with all sorts of spices in it, plus beef and a grated apple, and topped with egg.
