A photo of a bar, the walls look like they're made of spines and curve up and over. Two very high-backed chairs are in front of the bar and they also look like they're made from interlocking bones.

We also visited the H. R. Geiger museum (in which you're not allowed to take photos which made me sad but was nonetheless fucking cool), and neighbouring bar.

A photo of a rectangular white ceramic dish that appears to contain almost nothing but melted cheese. On top is a pickle, a slice of tomato, and a fried egg.

We also had THE FANCIEST grilled cheese on toast I've ever seen. (Yes, the bread is under all that cheese, as is a bunch of ham as well, and the bread was clearly fried in a pan). It was goddamned DELICIOUS.

Today we went to Gruyères and saw a 13th century castle, Chateau de Gruyères! It was very impressive, and had been added onto and modified all the way into the early 20th century.
