And then we went out for Italian!
We WERE going to go for Thai and had made a booking, but Kristina got a very apologetic phone call this afternoon saying that they had to close the whole restaurant down because something had gone wrong in the kitchen and they were going to be closed for like a week because the whole floor needed to be taken up.
We'd been to this Italian place before MANY years ago but had zero memory of how it was. Turns out, really good! They had a brownie tiramisu for dessert that I really wanted to try but by the time I finished the pizza I was STUFFED. And this was just the medium pizza, not even the large one.
