Finally did another batch of bread, and hot damn does it look good. My bread log says the last batch I made was right before Christmas!
(I've been enjoying making big batches of rice-based lunches in the pressure cooker and just bunging that into the microwave to have for lunch when working rather than making bread, so I can spend less time getting a toastie prepared and cooked and more time doing drum practice.)
