I followed Quorn's own recipe (https://www.quorn.com.au/recipes/chilli-con-carne-quorn-mince) but doubled it, did three stock cubes instead of two, and did more smoked paprika and less ground coriander seed (mostly because we ran out). It's SO GOOD, the sweetness of the capsicum really comes through.
