My department at work had another one of our quarterly "refresh days" (a free day off without having to use up a day of annual leave), so I spent part of the day putting in some seals to fix the last of the draughty doors, and another part making a huge serve of Quorn-based tomato pasta sauce to have for lunches. Tons of onion, tons of garlic. 👌🏻
I made myself a batch of Quorn-based spaghetti bolognese yesterday, had the first one for lunch today and it's excellent. I'm not sure I'd really have noticed it wasn't beef if I wasn't paying attention!
