Media - spaghetti bolognaise
I made myself a batch of Quorn-based spaghetti bolognese yesterday, had the first one for lunch today and it's excellent. I'm not sure I'd really have noticed it wasn't beef if I wasn't paying attention!

I made a batch of bolognese sauce last night to have for leftovers for lunch, and what an excellent decision that was. I had a look at Serious Eats' ragu recipe and it said to add fish sauce right at the very end so I gave that a try and it really works well!

Aw yisssss, Lily and I made spaghetti bolognese tonight. Gave it a proper two-ish hours of simmering and it was excellent. And there's two serves left over too!
