And in the total opposite of American muscle cars, I've also done up a 1958 Morris Minor 1000. It weighs 680kg and puts out 171kW and 320Nm. 😂 I thought the setting for this screenshot was quintessentially British too: a beach with those little beach houses in the background, but it's overcast and feels like it's about to rain.

Still having way too much fun hotting up old muscle cars in Forza Horizon 4. My latest is a 1969 Dodge Charger R/T, also made over in the Mad Max style (and like the Falcon GT-HO, I've managed to make it handle pretty nicely too).

Ok, my cheerful yellow Falcon GT-HO now looks like it's something out of Mad Max. 😈 They've even animated the mechanical bit on the side that flips the air intake open when you press down on the accelerator, and it's VERY satisfying.

Man, this thermometer and fan setup I bought is worth its weight in gold. Check out that consistency of temperature! (Green line is ambient smoker temperature, red is the meat).

I souped up a 1972 Ford Falcon XA GT-HO in Forza Horizon 4, and it's actually a LOT of fun to drive! Managed to get it handling corners very nicely. Plus, it's in cheerful 1970s yellow!

Current status: having lots of fun pretending I'm a car photographer in Forza Horizon 4.

Hell yeah, we just made it past the 50kWh mark for power produced from our solar panels today!

Aussie Broadband had a Black Friday deal for 6 months of 250/25 for the same price as our current 100/40 plan, so I figured I'd give it a shot. If we _do_ end up really noticing the decrease in upload speed, we can change back anyway. Speed test looks pretty nice! Also amusingly, our router doesn't have enough CPU power to do QoS at these speeds (SQM with OpenWRT). If I turn it on, even with the limit at 250Mbps, we don't get more than about 120Mbps down.

Ok, I think my Grafana home dashboard is pretty much finished. The power-related data now matches the colours that Tesla's own app uses, and the colour of the temperature changes as it gets hotter or colder!

Oh shit, I just discovered Grafana. I... may be here for some time.
