Part three of The Weekend of Deliciousness is bread, for the first time since March! The yeast I've been using expired in June last year so I've just slowly been increasing the amount that I use and it seems to be fine. Lunch was mushrooms cooked in sage, rosemary, thyme, and garlic on top of cooked tomatoes on the bread.
And the SECOND I start slicing the bread Beanie is in the kitchen like a shot because he knows there'll be crumb fallout, and he always gets a little end piece of bread when I'm done.
