A photo of the box set of seven Plague Marines from Warhammer 40,000. They're all big and heavily armoured with all sorts of tentacles and gross fleshy bits coming out of them.

As if I didn't have enough unpainted miniatures already, my box of seven Plague Marines arrived today!

A photo of seven base-coated Plague Marines from Warhammer 40,000. Two have mouths with teeth in their abdomens, another's helmet is broken and they have compound eyes like a fly, one is wielding a MASSIVE cleaver, another has a flail. They've all got all sorts of little pustules on them and tentacles coming out from various places.

Man, the details on these Plague Marines are absolutely crazy!

A photo of three heavily armoured warriors in full green armour. They're all grotesque, the left is holding an axe and a mace and has a grinning and fleshy demon face on his right shoulder pad, and he has a long purple tongue and fly eyes. The middle has a screaming daemon face on his knee pad and three tentacles bursting out from his left side. The last has a huge mouth in his abdomen with a long purple tongue coming out of it, and some sort of tentacle coming out from the left eye of his helmet.

Finished the last three members of my Death Guard squad for Kill Team! I'm really happy with how these came out, I tried some new techniques (much less dry brushing and more building up in thin layers, particularly in the daemon faces in the armour), and I used my airbrush to varnish them rather than having to wait for the weather to cooperate to use the spray can.
