Oh no, Kristina bought some strawberries and there were too many so I had to have some before they went off. ::dramatic hand to forehead::
(Perfect ice cream weather today, it's sunny, 30˚C and 19% humidity right now.)
I've done fourteen thousand steps so far today, have hit 300% of my move goal, recorded some drums in Logic Pro earlier this afternoon for a song I've been noodling around with, and am currently making a double batch of lentil rice with bush curry seasoning to have with eggplant kasundi and Greek yoghurt for lunches during the week. So I decided to treat myself with some ice cream with Ice Magic, crushed peanuts, sprinkles, and a shot of Kahlúa on top. 😁
I had another rubbish night's sleep last night (my right thigh muscles and lower back have been sore, enough that it keeps me awake if I don't take ibuprofen), so I called the physiologist and managed to get an appointment this afternoon. After a bunch of stretching and questions and testing, he reckoned it was most likely because my back is REALLLLY stiff and it's not quite _pinching_ a nerve but enough that it's causing signalling weirdness to my leg. He gave me a thorough massaging and I've got some exercises to do and will see how it goes and will go in again next week.
So tonight we went out for Thai for dinner and bought some crushed peanuts on the way back to take @[email protected]'s advice with the ice cream and Ice Magic from last time, and HOT DAMN was she on the money! 👌🏻
I have no idea why but I've been uncomfortable in bed for the last week-ish and not sleeping very well, and today I'm feeling generally all-over achy. Decided to make myself feel better by going trashy and hitting up the shops to buy some vanilla ice cream and Ice Magic and let me tell you, it's pretty excellent.
