I'm in the office today to play some multiplayer Magic the Gathering after work, we went out for lunch to this place called Kabul Social that does Afghan food and hot DAMN is it amazing! I got the lamb box and it was spiced to absolute perfection.

Finally did another batch of bread, and hot damn does it look good. My bread log says the last batch I made was right before Christmas!

(I've been enjoying making big batches of rice-based lunches in the pressure cooker and just bunging that into the microwave to have for lunch when working rather than making bread, so I can spend less time getting a toastie prepared and cooked and more time doing drum practice.)

@yayKM was in the office today and stayed back late, I was all excited to treat myself to some Indian for dinner until I went to order it and remembered that they're closed on Tuesday. 😤

So plan B: pizza and garlic bread (and enough of it that I'm also having it for lunch tomorrow).

A photo of a bowl of ramen. It has slices of pork with chilli sauce on it, shallots, some sort of thinly-sliced mushroom thing, and two pieces of nori at the back, plus the standard ramen noodles.

We went out for Japanese with @wobin and it was incredible as always. I got the "signature" ramen and extra roasted garlic and have already apologised in advance to @yayKM for my breath.

We went to our favourite Greek restaurant in Castle Towers and I got the chicken souvlaki for the first time, and oh MAN why did I not try this sooner!

Yessss, Mikazuki again, this time with @wobin. Got the chicken katsu curry don and it was EPIC. I made the mistake of also getting the same Brussels sprouts as I got last time and it was far too much food and oh god I'm so full.
