A photo of a little fake Christmas tree in a pot, maybe thirty centimetres high. It's covered in tinsel, balls, and Christmas lights, and there's a little statue of Queen Amidala from Star Wars that my mother-in-law bought me one year next to it, solely because she's got a big red gown on and looks festive.

Christmas tree is up*! Also, festive Queen Amidala. * Where "up" means "taken out of the cupboard and plugged in".

The other Christmas present I forgot to post (because we didn't bother wrapping it or bringing it anywhere) was from Kristina: a little spit roaster! Very keen to take it for a spin.

Christmas haul! I'm REALLY keen to try the whisky, it's from India and is a blend of Scottish and Indian barleys.
